The history of Bidfood company in the balctic states will take many pages if it is all written, but most importantly, the company is constantly growing and expanding. The beginnings of the company's history began in 1994, when the Nowaco company itself was not established in the Baltic States, but several current employees began importing frozen products to Lithuania with the help of Nowaco A / S.
Below are some important dates and events:
1999 - acquired company UAB "Orgevita" and UAB Nowaco Lietuva was founded;
2000 - first warehouses in Kaunas were installed;
2004 - the car park has grown to 10 cars;
2008 - new and larger warehouse / distribution center in Kaunas was launched; Direct delivery to Latvian sales networks began;
2009 - UAB Nowaco Latvija was established; Warehouse of cooled ware started;
2010 - Nowaco Estonia Ou was founded;
2011- released Nowaco Horeca and Retail catalogs; Nowaco Baltic joined the Bidvest group;
2012 - the company changed its name to UAB Bidvest Lietuva;
2013 - 2015 - the opening of new warehouses and the beginning of the fish processing workshop in Latvia; Customer Service Department was established.
2017 - company changed its name to UAB Bidfood Lietuva.
2019 - company moved to a newly built distribution center with administrative premises in Kaunas district, Ramučiai.
